RELATIONSHIP WORKSHOP

Why the workshop?

My Wife and I

Understand Your Relationship Patterns

Create Healthier Connections

Discover how early experiences and family patterns can influence your relationships today — and learn how to move toward more conscious, fulfilling connections.

Our relationship patterns often begin long before our first romantic relationship. The experiences we have growing up can shape how we connect, communicate, handle conflict, and experience love.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how family dynamics and inherited beliefs may influence your relationships, helping you develop greater self-awareness and new perspectives.

Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Recognizing repeating relationship patterns

  • Exploring family dynamics from childhood

  • Deeper understanding of your relationships

  • Transforming unresolved "negative" feelings

  • Creating space for healthier connections

With 10 years of experience I can help you to realize and transform your patterns and unresolved feelings with ease and kindness.

RELATIONSHIP WORKSHOP

Topics

Father | Fatherhood

Your relationship with your father may shape your sense of security, self-worth, and masculine energy. Recognise inherited patterns and create space for transforming, forgiveness, and a new path forward.

Mother | Motherhood

Your relationship with your mother may influence your self-worth, emotional connections, and abundance. Bring awareness to repeating family patterns and open the door to healthier relationships.

Relationship Patterns

The relationship we witnessed growing up can influence how we love, communicate, and connect with our partners today.
May we repeating the same patterns we once promised ourselves we would never repeat...

Father

Fatherhood

Relationship with Father

Everything began to change when I recognised my own patterns and realised that I had a choice:
could continue repeating the past, or I could choose a different path. That realisation opened the door to peace and forgiveness.

Becoming a father gave this journey an even deeper meaning. My daughter, now three years old, inspires me every day to be present, loving, and supportive — to become the father I needed when I was a child.

We may inherit beliefs, behaviours, and unresolved family patterns from previous generations, but these patterns do not have to define our future. By bringing awareness to them, we can begin to change how we relate to ourselves, our parents, and our own children.

Our relationship with our father can influence how we experience masculine energy, security, support, and our own sense of identity. Masculinity is sometimes associated with aggression or abuse, yet it can also represent strength, creativity, protection, and loving support.

My own story began with my parents’ divorce when I was very young. From that point on, my father was no longer present in my life. Growing up without him left me with deep insecurity and a fear of loss. For 25 years, I carried anger towards my father, while struggling to understand parts of myself and my own parental instincts.

What we explore:

  • Recognising family patterns connected to fatherhood

  • Exploring how our relationship with our father may influence us today

  • Understanding anger, insecurity, and fear of loss

  • Creating space for forgiveness, acceptance, and new choices

  • Building a healthier relationship with ourselves and the next generation

Motherhood

Relationship with Mother

From the very beginning of our lives, our relationship with our mother can shape how we experience love, safety, connection, and our own sense of worth. Through this relationship, we may develop beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, influencing how we express and experience feminine energy.

One of the most powerful realisations shared by women who have attended this workshop is recognising how easily we can repeat our mothers’ patterns — sometimes without even noticing it, or even when we consciously want to live differently.

Our early experiences can shape the questions we carry within us: Am I good enough? Am I loved? Am I worthy? These beliefs can influence our relationships, our choices, and the way we see ourselves.

Just as with our relationship with our father, family history may carry beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns from one generation to the next. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to transform our relationship with our mother and make more conscious choices for ourselves.

What we explore:

  • Recognising repeating patterns connected to motherhood and family history

  • Exploring how our relationship with our mother may influence our self-worth

  • Understanding beliefs about love, acceptance, and belonging

  • Working with unresolved feelings and creating space for a new perspective

  • Choosing which patterns we want to carry forward — and which we want to change

Relationship Patterns

The relationship we witness between our parents can shape our unconscious expectations of love, communication, and partnership. Without realising it, we may repeat familiar patterns in our own relationships, even when we consciously want something different.

During this part of the workshop, we explore how our relationship challenges may reflect dynamics we observed growing up. By recognising these patterns and bringing them into awareness, we can begin to understand our behaviours, transform them and make new choices.

We work with unresolved feelings connected to experiences such as constant conflict, divorce, hurtful communication, or abuse, and explore more supportive ways of relating.

The goal is to move beyond familiar patterns and create healthier, more balanced relationships built on mutual respect, understanding, and support.

What We Explore:

  • Identifying relationship behaviours and what we may have learned from our parents.

  • Exploring how childhood experiences can influence our reactions and expectations.

  • Bringing unconscious patterns into awareness and discovering new choices.

  • Exploring unresolved feelings connected to conflict, separation, hurtful communication, or abuse.

  • Developing more supportive ways to communicate, create trust, and relate as equal partners.

  • Choosing which values to carry into our own relationships and families.
